Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in South Carolina
eviction of one tenant
I would like to initiate the eviction of one tenant but keep the other tenant. There is no signed agreement, just verbal and that is with the tenant that I want to keep. What do I need to do to get the one tenant evicted or removed.

What are your grounds for Eviction? With no lease terms in writing you are limited. I have been a LL 26 years.
