where do i find and what is the laws on storage bldg rentals that are past due
i need to know where to find the sc code of laws on storage building rentals. how much notice much be given if you are 30 days past due on a storage bldg. and do you have to be sent a certified mail letter or can it just be a reminder letter sent regular mail . if you are one month past due and in the second month. and you are sent a regular letter as a reminder that is is late and over due is this the only notice that must be sent and does it have to then be paid in full or can you pay the amount past due. how many days notice must you be given before it is sold. all info on that is what i need and cant find and the local magistrates office doesnt even know.

Primary issue is what the contract says. DO you have one? If so I would need to see it to advise you.
