Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in South Carolina

Help! Landlord won't renew/won't terminate.

Apartments are converting to Govt subsidized and I make too much to qualify. I was told I would have to move at the end of July, when my lease is up, but can't move before then. Can they do that? If not, where can I find precedent?

You have no rights to live there beyond your lease. You need to find a new place, unless your income takes a dive.
