Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in South Carolina
Lease Agreements
In my lease for my apartment, the line that states the price for early move out was left blank. Since that was a signed contract, if i move out can I pay nothing, since there was no value on the line?

Re: Lease Agreements
Need to review lease to advise. You are likely to be held liable for rent on balance of lease regardless of early move penalty. What term is lease? How much is left on it after your intended move out?
