Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in South Carolina

Realator entering without permission

I am renting an apt. through a realator instead of the owner. The apt. is now being sold. The realator wanted to show the apt. to someone and when she called no one answered. She assumed ther wasn't anyone home and just let herself in. I caught her because we were home, we were just sleeping. Can she legally show the apt. without my knowledgod or consent? She also just shows up unannounced occasionally without sceduling an appointment to show the apt. Doesn't she have to give me a 24 hour notice? She also put a lock box on the door with a key in it. Can she let people come and view our apt without while we're not there? I'd be very uncomfortable with that.

What does the lease say? I will need to review that in light of the law before answering your question. You may want to post a NOTICE on the door when you are home and do not wish interruptions. I can assist with the language.
