Rental Apt

I have rented a Apt for 5 years the complex has pressure washed the building all 5 years also carpets in apts are cleaned all the time in my building! I have just found out that the water hook up outside is mine the water that is used i have to pay for i have asked to be paid back but they say they owe me nothing , what can i do please!

That is totally outrageous. As a LL of 28yrs, I think it takes a lot of cojones to assert 1 tenant is on the hook for entire building water issues.

I would write you a letter for the LL for a flat fee if you are interested.
