Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in South Carolina

I had a tenant who was evicted properly. We went through all of the proper paperwork and on April 10th she had 24 hours to get out. Becuase we live in a different city, we could not get down until the 13th. She had nothing packed and very little in her moving truck. We put most of her belongings in the truck and she asked if we would allow her to put the rest of the stuff in the garage and get it in the morning. I said that was fine. Well she messed up the garage door when she closed it and apparently didn't have any help to open it so she left the stuff in the garage. I told her I would be back the following weekend. (1 1/2 weeks after she was to be out) I texted her at 9:30 and told her she needed to come at 10am and get her belongings. She told me she could not come until later becuase her truck was not unloaded. I put her belongings outside on the curb at 10am and people began taking them. I took what I wanted as well. She has filed charges against me and my neighbors for theft. Does she have a case?

Yes, you can be prosecuted for theft. I suggest that you hire an attorney and speak to NO ONE else about this matter.
