bank fraud

my husband and his brother was charged with bank fraud but my husband to all the blame they old the bank 2050 dollars and cant pay it by the dead line and i just want to know if he will get out on bail we have three young kids hes 22 and im 20

HE needs a lawyer...RIGHT AWAY. This is a very serious crime. Even if he is already out of jail, he still needs a good lawyer if he is to not be placed back into jail or prison later.
