Legal Question in Legal Ethics in South Carolina

me and my kids went into a walgreens store today , we saw and man getting pictures made. well we walked by the man . and he was printing off pic of his self . my little girl 8 years old said look daddy thats pictures of that mans privant.the store had the machine were everyone could see the pic .i sade something to a guy that worked at the store he said he had told the manger five time i went and said something to her .then i call the law .the law came out and took the pics and talked to the man.can i sue this store its there fault. thay should have someone there.and you should not be able to see the pics? my # is 864-760-9478

You may be able to sue but what are your damages? Are you, your daughter or husband going to have to enter counseling because you and your daughter saw pictures of a man's private parts? Did you, your daughter, or your husband have to seek medical treatment? If your answer is no then you do not have a claim to emotional distress. There could be another theory you can sue under but are you willing to pay an attorney a several thousand dollar retainer to run it down?
