drug posession while in the ARMY
My son was just recently arrested on drug posession and he is in the ARMY. This is his first offense as an adult, but did get a ticket 6 months ago while still 17. The ticket was also for something drug related, but not drugs itself.

Military police/CID? or civilian law enforcement?
It makes a difference.
It will depend on the drug, the amount of drug, and the overall record, as to how the Army might handle the case.
