Generally, yes, although marriage ages vary by jurisdiction. Good luck.
Note, this answer deals only with the legality of the marriage. You cannot disobey a direct order from a superior. If you are being directed to stay away from someone in the civilian world by your company commander, first sergeant, etc., you need to seek advice from JAG on this issue.
