Suing for Retirement

Can I Sue my ex-wife and try to recover my retirement by her violating our separation agreement and causing problems for me and notifying my command of my affair which ultimately led to my discharge.I was discharged with a General Under Honorable Condition Reenlistment Code of RE-4. Is there a way I can appeal and try to reenlist or
