Legal Question in Personal Injury in South Carolina

If you've been in an accident, they're at fault and they're insurance company has taking responsibility for it that it's they're clients fault. When determining compensation with 3 people involved that were hurt, one of them having surgery both parties having full coverage insurance 100,000 liability per accident collision/ comp. 50,000 underinsured what's the most that a lawyer would have to work with for a best guess scenario could they get from it?
