I was imjured in an auto accident August 1999. I have not worked since September 99. I have been diagnoised with nerve damage in my right arm. I have been unable to work and have no income. Re: Automobile Accidents and Damages
Lost income is compensible when it can be established that the wreck directly and proximately caused the inability to work.
You should IMMEDIATELY contact an attorney regarding your injuries and potential claims for damages. The statute of limitations is running and if you do not pursue your claim within the applicable statute of limitations, you may loose all rights to any recover.
