bar owner takes advantage
husband has been on wrkmn comp last 3 years and on medication. friends at bar know this. he went to bar, got drunk, drunker than he has even been in his life. bar continued serving him even though he was very intoxicated. he started gambling, big time, playing pool. they continued serving him drinks and his gambling got worse, over 2 grand. the owner of the bar got involved as well gambling with him playing pool. they charged his atm/debit card for over 2 grand. is there any recourse we have on this? he knew he was stupid, but once he was drunk, they took complete advantage of the situation, and i though gambling was illegal?

If it wasn't legal then he might be able to try and recover his money. However, if it was illegal then he participated in an illegal activity and he might want to be careful.
