There is no clear-cut answer to that question. Especially with such little information.

It all depends on many things, such as how much medical treatment you need, its cost, lost wages, your medical prognosis for the future, whether you need or get surgery, physical therapy, etc. Some people heal quickly with little medical treatment and others don't. Each case is different.

Not only is detailed medical information needed, but you have not described how you fell, on who's property and what caused the fall. Every Personal Injury case requires that there be Liability. Meaning that some one was negligent in some way and that contributed to your accident.

Bring claims such as these can be complicated and insurance companies often fight these. Even when they don't fight these claims, they can be very demanding in proper documentation and proof of both the medical aspect of the claim and proving liability.
