Legal Question in Personal Injury in South Carolina

I was in a car accident on March 11, 2011 and the man that i hit was at fault...and i was diagosed with acute cerival sprain and i wanted to know how much am i entitled to get from his insurance. Including pain and suffering and my medical bills?

There is no clear-cut answer to that question this soon. It all depends on many things, such as how much medical treatment you need, its cost, lost wages, your medical prognosis for the future, whether you need or get surgery, physical therapy, etc. Some people heal quickly with little medical treatment and others don't. Each case is different.
