Legal Question in Personal Injury in South Carolina

defamation( libal-slander) pro-se

I filed a pro-se tort against the Dept of Revenue in District Court Columbia S.C. The judged dismissed it as they cannot sue a state agency. The judge suggested that I take it to State Court. Where do I get the forms,procedure, and address to file the suit in State court?

If you are serious about your case, you should consult an attorney. It is very difficult to bring a "pro se" action, especially against a state agency. Good luck.
