How much should I expect from an accident in which I was found not at fault and in which the driver responsible could not pass a field sobriety test and tested over on the breathalizer test?

You asked "how much should you expect." Expect from what? You didn't say. All you asked was how much you should expect. Were you injured? Is that what you are referring to? If so, then it all depends. You have not stated what your injuries are, or how much your medical bills are, etc. I really need more information.
