Legal Question in Personal Injury in South Carolina
Me and my frind was involvet in accident. Bad weather accident. He drove the car. we crashed into a gardenrail. The Emergency picked us up into hospital. He was injuried and me. So my question is the insurence gave him a higher monthly rate about i think 60% more. because he was driving. His car was totaled. And insurence paid his hospital and my hospital bill.So i was passagner and i was injuried. What is wenn i sue him with an lawyer for wages pain suffering and so on? After sue him the money comes out his pocket? Can he change the car insurence after an accident? Or no other insurence take him because not safty to much riske and so on. He stick in the old insurence and has to pay a larg bigger monthly amount? Do i have some thing to to about get monthly larger payment or it doesn't matter. I sue him or not? Please help Thank you
