Legal Question in Personal Injury in South Carolina

When I hired my attorney a year and a half ago because I was in a serious auto accident caused by the other driver, I had no idea how busy he was. Later I found that he was slow in answering questions and then took over the clients of another attorney who was murdered and now even when I beg him for a reply to my questions/letters I don't hear from him for months. Please advise what I can do about this. Thank you.
