I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in 2009 and was permanently laid off from my job as a result of not being able to work. Would I be able to receive compensation for the loss of my employment? I

If you can show that you attempted to mitigate your damages and you can prove that your injuries were in fact from the car wreck. However, you will not get anything close to this unless you have an attorney.
