Jet Ski Injury

I was injured in a jet ski accident. Would I pursue damages from the owners auto insurance or his homeowner's policy?

That depends. You didn't say where you were when the accident occurred nor how it happened. You may want to file a claim with either of the insurance companies or both. You also might have a claim with a third insurance company or even the manufacturer, but it really depends on a number of factors that cannot be determined from your question.
