my lawyer demanded my from a company that i was in a wreak with how long will it take me to get the money

It all depends. Some of these settle and others do not settle and go to trial. I don't know enough about yours. Plus, sometimes the insurance company denies liability and other times they do not. Each case is different. Your lawyer can answer that question better than anyone else.
