Legal Question in Personal Injury in South Carolina
I loosened a crown and chipped 2 molars eating Skittles. I mailed the foriegn object back to Wrigley's (which was literally as hard as another tooth), along with the remainder of the rest of the candy in the bag. I wasjust told by Wrigley's Liberty Mutual Ins. Co. that the lab report (which i may not view myself) says it's " sugar", will not tell me what kind of sugar or why it was in this stone-like state, and that it is not considered a foriegn matter, even though thier candy making process failed to break it down AT ALL. They say they are not liable whatsoever. I have the receipt, as well as an estimate from a Dentist on what repairs due to this injury would cost me, having no Insurance myself to afford to do anything. PLEASE HELP!
