i was in a automobile accident in maryland a paggager in renter car the other vechicle was at fault and i live in south cariolina the other driver lives in georgia i have insurance myself under my boyfreinds polices there saying we need to go two his insurance since the other insurance is used up by the other people in the car i dont understand why i cant go after the person who car i was in please help.....
