Legal Question in Personal Injury in South Carolina

Was riding in inlaws truck. He lost control of the vehicle in the rain and rolled the vehicle off the road into a ditch. My daughter was fine but I sustained injuries. His insurance says they will pay $1000.00 for PIP and everything else they will not pay until after everything is taken care of and they will put in a claim to try and pay for the medical bills. They have told me that I am responsible for our medical bills for the time being. What can I do to fix this?

You might not be getting straight answers from the insurance company. I'm concerned about them saying that they will put a claim in. It sounds like you have already put a claim in. I'm in my 18th year of personal injury cases. If you'd like to call, I have a couple questions for you, which the answers will allow me to steer you in the right direction.
