The Statute of Limitations for Personal Injury in SC is 3 years against an individual and 2 years against the government. Bills from an accident are called "damages" and under the law there are different types of "damages" a person might be entitled to from an accident. You would be well advised to consult with an attorney on this before doing anything. You also should not wait any longer.
