bite down on pizza.made my tooth loose.the company sent the piece off it came back being a piece of bone fragment.they made me wait four months to tell me they will pay 200.00 and i need dental workdone for more then that.it was a front tooth have all my information they sent plus pictures and the letter from the company saying it was there fault

You didn't ask a question. I assume that you want to know what to do. You basically have two choices. One, contact the company's insurance company and attempt a settlement by yourself, or two, hire an attorney. There are a lot of product liability attorneys that can advise you.
