hOW DO i GIVE AWAY SHARES IN OWNERSHIP OF A HOUSE?

I assume you are more specifically referring to real estate in which a house sits? To do that would involve "deeding" to certain people ownership. That is the short explanation. Obviously there is more to it. If you would like to call I would be happy to fill you in after I ask a couple questions.
