Legal Question in Real Estate Law in South Carolina
lease/rental/sale real estate
I own a 2nd home in Laurens SC.
A man entered into a 3 year lease/
purchase agreement with me thar
expired 5/25/07.
He has made all of his payments on
time, but there has been delay after
delay in the final purchase of the
house and I wish to terminate the
contract.
I have to notify him in writing re my
intentions to terminate.
How do I go about it, and how much
time do I have to allow him to
vacate?

Your original lease/purchase agreement should have the answers to your question. (If there is no advance notice requirement referenced in the original agreement, 30 days should be sufficient.)
