Real Estate question
I am married. My husband and I have a mortgage loan. It is in both or our names. Is there anyway that I can get my name off and not be obligated for this loan?

Sure. You would need to contact your bank and tell them what you would like to do. They will need to approve it. And you husband will need to agree to be solely responsible. Good luck. My office is in Myrtle Beach if you need help. Robert Johnston
