Seller deceived into accepting an offer by realtor
My boyfriend is supposed to be closing on his house today. When his realtor was explaining the buyer's offer to him, he wrote some figures down and told him that he would be making a certain amount from the sale of the house after all the closing costs and misc stuff. Today he found out that he will be owing as much as he thought he would make from the sale and the realtor refuses to admit that he deceived my boyfriend into accepting this offer. He obviously took advantage of his inexperience, but he has already signed the contract. Should he delay the closing or just close and go after the realtor afterwards?

If your boyfriend has already signed the contract, I'd say he's pretty much stuck. And,
if you're suggesting that he was somehow fraudulently induced into the deal which you've mentioned, I'd also say that he'll need many more relevant and persuasive facts than what you've provided here in order to meet his burden of proof by clear and convincing evidence.
