Legal Question in Real Estate Law in South Carolina

I have tried without success to have my neighbor not encroach onto my property, I have spoken to him on several occasions and have written him a letter. He has ignored me and proceeded to construct several encroachments. I would like to like to obtain a summary judgment, How should I proceed?

I would start by going to the county office which handles deeds and ask their advice. You may have to take the guy to court and ask the judge to order him to removed the buildings from your property.
