Time Share Property Disposal

Can I do a ''Quick Claim'' deed and give my time share in Myrtle Beach, S.C back to the time share company and relieve myself of all maintenance fees and other ownership liabilities?

There is no "quick claim deed." It is a "quit claim." No one here has your loan documents, contracts, or other relevant documents to know what you can or cannot do to get out of the fees, and what you agreed to. Read them, or take everything to a lawyer to review. That said, it would be the unusual situation if you could.
