I have four sons but would like to give my youngest son clear title to a piece of property that I own in South Carolina while I am still living

Well, what's holding matters up? You can make the deed of gift of the lot(thereby transfering sole ownership of the property)to your son at any time (while you're still in possession of your mental faculties).
