Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in South Carolina

hello a coach for a professional football was contacting me on a social network, he offered me tickets and i offered to pass cash, the day before the game he demanded sex. i declined on the tickets and told him i will not have sex for tickets. He became angry at me and posted a flyer on the message board in the locker room stating stay away from this girl she is bad news, etc. When a reporter for NFL saw the flyer he contacted me and says he is writing a story to post on NFL network which will not be on my behalf he is taking sides with the coach, as well as the human resources at the office for the team. I have offered to have all my phone documents sent to them and even gave them a few screen shots. instead of the team investigating it they took the coaches word saying the screen shots were not true that i was just some crazy girl. i have everything documented and every message and text message that was sent to me. HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

Well it is hard to tell your damages from what you wrote. I can see how this would be upsetting but you need to show some tangible damages. Have you had to seek counseling? Have you lost a job? Have you been forced to take a lesser paying job? These are some of the kinds of things that show tangible damages. Do you have any of these?
