Legal Question in Traffic Law in South Carolina

2 offenses 2 missed dates, what can i do

i have 2 1st offense simple possesion of marijuana charges in greenville, sc. they are from 2 years ago. i missed the court dates for both. can i go to the law enforcement center and pay the money and just walk out or will i get put in jail? i have 1500 dollars. both fines were 565 dollars. thanks.

With cases that old there could be a warrant for your arrest. You can try calling the court and asking them if there is and what you can do to address this. But they might not tell you. You should probably should call a lawyer who can look into this and advise you.
