Legal Question in Traffic Law in South Carolina

How often does a 3rd dus get reduced to a 2nd so the defendant wouldn't have to face jail time if he has no dui or drug charges or anything like that on there record just speeding tickets???

I have no way of knowing the percentages. Its happened a lot with my clients here in Horry County. The solicitor looks at how long ago the first DUS charges were and why the licensed was suspended in the first place, since there are different reason a person can have thier licensed suspended.
