Legal Question in Traffic Law in South Carolina

I recently received a speeding ticket

and when reading some inofrmation

on the internet it states that if the

ticket is not written properly then

this case can be dismissed. Is this

true? My ticket does not have the

correct am/pm circled and the

address of the owner is not the

''same'' as mine. This ticket was

issued in SC and I currently live in

NC. Thanks for any advise!

Be careful of what you read on the Internet. Occasionally if a ticket has incorrect information they will dismiss it, but you can't count on that. The officer can always amend the ticket.
