Legal Question in Traffic Law in South Carolina

I don't know what to do.

I was in my first auto accident on March 10,2007. Everybody that was in the car with me was injured and have been seen by doctors. I want everything paid for but don't know what I need to do. Could somebody help me?

Its hard to do it on your own as insurance companies do not like to give out money. Assuming the accident was not your fault, then you and anybody else is entitled to more than just getting the medical bills paid.
