am resedent of s.c.

no outstanding warrents

how can i get a s.c.licence

What most people do is go to the DMV and ask them for a 10 year driving record. Once they pull it up they can tell you if you qualify or not. And if not, why. Usually there is some sort of a fee that has not been paid. In SC when a person loses their license, paying the fine is not enough. The DMV always wants a "reinstatement fee." Good luck.
