How Can I Get my Driving Record Expunged?

My Driving record is rather bad. A friend of mine who is a South Carolina Highway Patrol Officer told me that it is possible to have my driving record expunged? Is this possible, and if so, what steps do I need to take so that I could expunge my driving record?

There is no provision in the law for having your driving record expunged. Is is possible however to take a safe driving class that will allow a couple points to come off your record. Call the local college or the Department of Public Safety for information on the classes.
