duac

I was chargered with a Dui but refused a breath analyzer but when I went to court they charged me with duac are they doing me any favors

Its hard to say if they are doing you any favors or not. If you are convicted of DUAC, then it shows up on your record having the same affect as a DUI conviction. Also, the penalty is just about the same. Its hard to tell you much more without knowing the specifics of the charge, such as why they stopped you, if your driving was impaired, if you admitted to drinking, how you look on the video tape, how you did with the Field Sobriety Tests, and so on.
