dui

i have a court date the 16th of this month, with several driving charges with one being a dui what can and will they do

I have no idea how to help you if you can't give more information. What are the other charges? Is this the court date on your ticket or is this a jury trial? Is this your first DUI? I would be happy to try and help you but I need more information. You only have a week until your court date and you need to be ready for it in advance. I don't know what your other charges are but you need to be very careful with a DUI, as you can have your license suspended, pay around a $1,000 and it carries up to 30 days in jail.
