Dus

I have been charged with DUI 2nd offense. Do you think I would be able to obtain a provisional license for work bc my job is a job which entails traveling from patient to patient.

The law does not allow for a provisional license with a DUS. I usually get the prosecutor to reduce a DUS 2ed to a DUI 1 and let my client pay a fine instead of going to jail. You might want to ask your lawyer. That's what we usually do here in Horry County.
