Legal Question in Traffic Law in South Carolina

failure to appear

missed court date for traffic violation. arrest warrant will be issued.. can an attorney help with the arrest warrant? do i have to turn myself in? i have no problem paying the fines. i just don't want to go to jail..

If an arrest warrant has been issued, then it will have to be dealt with. However, its possible that you may be able to call the court and make arrangements to send them the fine money. If that doesn't work, then you may need to hire an attorney and/or turn yourself in. Good luck.
