Legal Question in Traffic Law in South Carolina
jurisdiction
if a sc state trooper wrote me for failure to yield and set court in another county than where the offense occured is this just cause for dismissal and by what grounds

You can asked to have it dismissed but generally all they will do is transfer it to the proper county.
