Legal Question in Traffic Law in South Carolina
License
My insurance had an error on there part that made my license be suspended.Now i scared of having to pay this ticket because as of march 8th the dmv is saying my license was suspended. But i paid my bill on time this was an error on the insurances part.

Its a little hard to understand exactly what your legal problem is. I assume that you got a ticket for driving without insurance and therefore they want to suspend your license? And I assume that your saying that you thought you had insurance but the insurance company made a mistake? I cannot advise you without knowing exactly what happened. You are welcome to call.
