Legal Question in Traffic Law in South Carolina
I'm from monks corner sc, and was caught driving under suspension second offense, they arested me and let me go on a pr bond, my court date is coming up on the 22 of october and I was wondering if I just go to court and pay the 1700 dollar fine and its over with, or will I get a jail sentence? My traffic tick has a1700 dollar fine for driving under suspension second offense.
